After years of representing parties in Title IX and other campus adjudication proceedings, we saw a need for experienced and reliable investigators and hearing officers due to the wide variance in the accuracy and reliability of campus findings, whether for the complainant or respondent. Often, the investigators and hearing officers disregarded the stated policies of the institution, thereby creating liability. Accordingly, we formed Phoenix Professionals to provide institutions with experienced Title IX professionals and consultants.
