Jared Roberts serves as a Title IX Professional with Phoenix Professionals, bringing a litigation-informed perspective to institutions navigating complex Title IX matters.

Jared has represented students and administrators in disputes involving colleges and universities, including cases centered on alleged procedural deficiencies, due process concerns, and institutional decision-making. Through this work, he has developed a detailed understanding of how Title IX matters are documented, evaluated, and challenged.

At Phoenix Professionals, Jared supports institutions in conducting investigations and reviewing institutional determinations, with an emphasis on careful analysis, consistency in application, and well-reasoned outcomes. His work is grounded in a close review of the record and reflects a fair and balanced perspective for all involved parties, informed by his experience on multiple sides of these matters.

Jared earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he was a member of the mock trial team and achieved top placements in national competitions. He graduated summa cum laude from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Legal Studies.

He is licensed to practice law in Virginia and Florida, as well as in multiple federal courts.
